FINALLY TRANSFERRED!!

Yo, I don't have a lot of time to write but I got the news that I'm being moved and I'm so hyped. My time in Stellenbosch was good. I learned so much. I learned how to have patience in the work. And that the Lord has a plan for all of us even when it doesn't seem like it. It's important to just trust in His will for you.  But I'm going to Queenstown and I'm serving in a village called Illinge. I'm so excited. It's real Africa, ya know. Not anything like Stellenbosch. So, on Thursday I'll jump on a plane and fly about an hour and a half, because it's all the way on the other side of the mission in the Eastern Cape, to East London. Then drive about another hour and a half to Queenstown. I'm so excited, but safe to say it's not going to be very modern. But that's what I'm really excited about. 

On Saturday I had a great exchange with Elder Cook. I love him, he's such a beast. It was a busy and a super fun day. We went to a funeral of a sister in the Strand branch. And I didn't even know the lady, but it was so spiritual. It felt like the room was super cramped full even though the chapel was only about half full. We then had so many small miracles happen. We went looking for an inactive family and ended up finding this guy who had been taught by missionaries in the area about 10 months ago. But for some reason the missionaries stopped coming to teach him. He said he's been wanting to learn more and had been praying for us to come back. It's just so cool because out of all the thousands of people in the township he is the one person we found. The lord truly does guide us. We had so many powerful lessons. And we found a returning missionary who moved to the area recently completely by accident. And he wants us to teach his whole in-law’s family. 

Oh, and a funny thing that happened was as we were leaving the township we saw like 10 guys surrounding a car and they ripped the guy out of his car. Yo, it was so wild, Cape Town is just like that though. 

Anyways, I love y'all. And I'm excited for my new area and adventure.
