Ishipo Was Baptized

-This week went by super-fast. Yesterday we had the baptism of our friend Ishipo Madonono. It went great! Just that the font is outdoors in Illinge, so the water was freezing, hahaha. They were strong though, lol.

-We also had the baptismal interview for our friend Ntombentsha who is getting baptized on the 14th. As our district leader was doing the interview, I was outside waiting, and while I was waiting 2 different drunk guys came up to me and were talking and giving me hugs saying how much they wanted to come to church. They didn't show Sunday ha-ha. Also, this group of like 20 kids came up and we talked and took some pictures. The kids are so much fun. I'll put some of the pics at the bottom.

- Had 2 exchanges this week. One with our zone leader Elder Christiansen he's chill.  And with our district leader Elder Boyack. He’s cool too just complains about literally everything lol.

- Training is going well Elder Rakotomamonjy is doing better every day. He's definitely learning a lot. About missionary life but also about life and how to do basic things like cook, clean, etc. So, I’ve had to teach him a lot which is kind of cool. But it makes me really grateful to have parents who taught me these kinds things!

- All our friends who are on date are doing great. And progressing well towards their dates. Especially Lithle she devours the Book of Mormon. She's already on Jacob 5 and asked for an institute guide to study with. She's just so prepared!!

- 1 Nephi 13:37

"And blessed are they who shall seek to bring forth my Zion at that day, for they shall have the gift and the power of the Holy Ghost; and if they endure unto the end they shall be lifted up at the last day, and shall be saved in the everlasting kingdom of the Lamb; and whoso shall publish peace, yea, tidings of great joy, how beautiful upon the mountains shall they be."

I really liked this verse. As well as the whole chapter of 1 Nephi 13. It talks about the vision that Nephi had. How he saw numerous future events and situations. Truly is amazing, the Book of Mormon is so true!!
