Crazy

-This week was great nothing to crazy going on. We had zone conference which is always great, President and Sister Stringham are amazing and inspired leaders.

-Sinakho passed her baptismal interview, which is exciting. Marie Louis, a mama we're teaching from Rwanda is super funny and always making us laugh. She wants to be baptized but needs to make her marriage official, so we are waiting on that. Pray she can get that done. Michael is progressing slowly but he's consistent. He's been coming to church for almost a year now. He talked to us about the spirit which he feels at church that he doesn't feel other places or that he hasn't felt at any other church. Which is powerful, so we went on to explain what the spirit is and how we can recognize when, how, & what the spirit feels like. I have high hopes for Michael, he's come a long way.

-I've had a back spasms that hurt.

-My guy Pastor Gabriel and his wife Sally are some of the nicest people I've meet on mission. They are from Kenya. I've been meeting with them for a while now. They said that they would feed us a traditional Kenyan dinner, so I'm excited for that. They should be coming to church soon.

-Went on an exchange with Elder Kerbs. He is such a goon. We were laughing the whole time. He looks like Eddy from Ed, Edd, & Eddy hahaha.

- A tender mercy I had this week was that as I was laying on the ground perishing from my back spasm, lol, I started to think of the Savior and His atonement. I was overcome with the knowledge that Christ personally has felt all our pains, sicknesses, & afflictions so that we could have strength to go through them. Although it wasn't the worst pain In the world, I'm grateful for our Father in Heaven who sends the comforter to us to help us understand everything will be okay. To strengthen us in our moments of weakness. Because of Jesus Christ we can make it through anything, no matter how big or small. This week I was especially thankful for the enabling power of the atonement.
